Da Bruno VIP Card Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Da Bruno VIP Card. The Da Bruno VIP card is a loyalty programme available to you both online and in all Da Bruno Group restaurants: Sul Mare, Cabopino, San Pedro and A Casa. The purpose of this document is to describe the loyalty programme and the terms of participation in it.
If you decide to register and obtain the Da Bruno VIP card you will receive offers on discounts and bonuses, as specified in these terms. These offers are dependent on your acceptance of these terms.
Please read this document carefully. By registering and becoming a VIP customer you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The use of the card implies the express acceptance of these conditions, as well as the terms and conditions of the promotions. It also implies authorisation for the use of the database generated and the sending of complementary commercial information by any means or medium of communication (including email, WhatsApp and via SMS).
2. This card is valid in all Da Bruno Group establishments (Cabopino, Sul Mare, A Casa and San Pedro). The issuing entity reserves the right to change the establishments in which the card is valid.
3. The holder of the Da Bruno VIP card will receive 1 Da Bruno point for every TWENTY (20.00) euros consumed in any of the restaurants of the Da Bruno group, calculated on the total bill with rounding down to the lowest point. This advantage does not apply to promotions or special campaigns that the Da Bruno Group deems appropriate. Points cannot be accumulated with online orders, whether Delivery or Take Away.
4. The holder of the Da Bruno VIP card may use part of the accumulated points balance that he/she has in any of the Da Bruno Group establishments, except for special promotions or campaigns, with each accumulated point being assigned a value of ONE (1.00) euro, to be deducted from the total bill for the accumulated points balance indicated by the holder.
5. The accumulated points may be used for the discount of the total invoice, however, the discount in points may not exceed 50% of the total amount.
6. Benefits and discounts can only be generated if the card is presented at the time of purchase or consumption. Benefits accrued in one account can never be transferred to another account. To obtain the points you must provide the ID of the VIP da Bruno card, or log on to www.bit.ly/DaBrunoVIP before making the payment. The points acquired and accumulated are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another person or member.
7. Points cannot be redeemed or accumulated on certain special dates of the year when there are special events, closed menus (such as New Year’s Eve, Christmas, etc.) or other dates determined by the Da Bruno restaurant organisation. Nor can the benefits of the Da Bruno VIP Card points programme be accumulated with any other existing discount or promotion.
8. The redemption of vouchers or gift vouchers does not generate points; points are only accumulated when the customer holding the da Bruno VIP card purchases the same at that time and makes the payment having previously identified himself/herself.
9. Misuse of the card will result in automatic cancellation of the card and the benefits accrued so far.
10. Employees of any of the Da Bruno restaurants are excluded from participation in the VIP Card points programme.
11. Obtaining the VIP Card is completely free of charge and does not require any purchase to become a member.
12. Points cannot, under any circumstances, be exchanged for cash.
13. The cardholder gives his/her consent for 1945 MALPENSA DOS, S.L. to communicate his/her personal data to the Da Bruno Group companies in the Hotel and Catering and Commerce sector, in order to meet the management, promotion and advertising needs of the “Da Bruno Group”. Likewise, the cardholder may exercise the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition with respect to the personal data provided at the following address: 1945 MALPENSA DOS S.L.; Blv. 14. The conditions and terms of the points programme in force are published on the Da Bruno Group website: www.dabruno.com, section “VIP Card”.
15. Subscription as a VIP customer is limited to persons who have the capacity to act on a personal level and not as a company, who have a valid and active e-mail account and who are of legal age according to the local regulations of their place of residence. Persons aged 16 must have the consent of a parent, guardian or legal representative as appropriate. The Da Bruno Group reserves the right to request written confirmation of such consent.
16. By submitting your application, you affirm that you are of the age of majority in accordance with the local regulations in your place of residence – or with the written consent of your parent, guardian or legal representative if you are 16 years of age – and you agree to these terms and conditions.
17. You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time from the website www.bit.ly/DaBrunoVIP or by contacting the Da Bruno Group Marketing and Public Relations Department. If you cancel your subscription, any points you have accumulated will be lost.
18. Da Bruno may, at its sole discretion, terminate, limit, suspend, alter, limit, or modify the terms and conditions at any time, in the event of changes in applicable laws, and/or terminate, limit, suspend, alter, limit, or modify the Loyalty Programme in the event of modifications to the services provided by Da Bruno or introduction of new services. Any such changes will take effect after fourteen (14) business days from the date on which you are informed of such change by postal mail or email. If you do not accept the changes you have the right to cancel your subscription.
19. Da Bruno reserves the right to make minor changes to the Loyalty Programme and its Terms and Conditions without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially and adversely affect your subscription. Please ensure that you are aware of the terms and conditions. An updated version of these terms and conditions will always be available at www.dabruno.com.
20. Failure to comply with the rules of the Da Bruno VIP Card, as well as suspected or proven fraud, breach of terms, account inactivity, incorrect provision of data or any act contrary to the interests of Da Bruno may result in the cancellation of your membership. If your participation in the programme is cancelled, all points accumulated to date will be automatically forfeited.
21. Da Bruno shall not be liable for system failures and malfunctions of the Loyalty Programme and the consequences thereof. Da Bruno shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the suspension, variation or cessation or other modes of operation in connection with the Loyalty Programme, with the exception of liability which cannot be avoided by law.
22. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws in force in Spain, without regard to other rules or principles of conflicts of laws. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Subscription shall be resolved by the appropriate court in Spain.
